Dashboard & SaaS UI design
for data-heavy products.
I design dashboards, admin panels and internal tools that make complex data easy to scan and act on, with a component system your developers can reuse.
Less hunting, faster decisions.
Information architecture
Navigation and page structure built around the tasks people repeat every day, not around the database.
Data-dense UI
Tables, filters, calendars, bulk actions and empty states designed so screens stay readable as the data grows.
Reusable components
A documented component set that keeps every new screen consistent and cuts design-to-development handoff time.
Dashboards for the people who use them all day
Admin tools are where small UX problems cost the most time. I start by mapping who uses the dashboard and what they do most often, then design the structure, the key screens and every state in between: loading, empty, error and bulk-edit.
For Leads Den, I designed a real estate agent dashboard with listings, messages, a calendar, team management and contacts, alongside a separate buyer experience in the same system. At Codebxo I redesigned navigation across 10+ products, cutting average task-completion time by 28%.
Questions clients usually ask.
Can you redesign an existing dashboard?
Yes. I start with a short review of the current product and its pain points, then propose a structure and redesign the screens with the biggest impact first.
Do you hand over files developers can use?
Yes. You get organised Figma files with components, states and a clickable prototype, and I stay available for questions during development.
